Yudelkys’ experiences as a newcomer to the United States who has had to grapple with a new language and culture, has given her firsthand insights into the plight of many immigrants in this country – skills that she now draws on in helping other immigrants of the United States to obtain, maintain, and defend their lawful immigration status. 

Yudelkys brings over four years of experience providing immigration legal representation to immigrants victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law, where she was the president of the Latinx Law Students Association, worked as a student attorney in the Community Law Clinic representing low-income community members in matters of family law and social security disability, and received the 2019 Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers. Yudelkys obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY, where she graduated Cum Laude and with Honors in Major. Before coming to the US, Yudelkys attended the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo where she studied towards her undergraduate law degree.

Yudelkys looks forward to harnessing her intellectual curiosity, mental toughness, concern for her fellow human beings, and passion for the law in a lifelong career of service to the immigrant community of the United States. Yudelkys is licensed in Pennsylvania.
